Please note: All products purchased from Veeram are non-refundable.
1. Eligibility for Exchange

We only offer exchanges in case of a damaged or defective product.

To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage.

The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Request an Exchange

Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange is approved, you must return the damaged product in its original packaging.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item any damaged or defective product or replacement exchange will be processed and delivered within 1โ3 days.
