Return & Exchange Policy

At Veeram.co, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we offer an exchange as per the policy outlined below.

Please note: All products purchased from Veeram are non-refundable.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • We only offer exchanges in case of a damaged or defective product.

  • To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage.

  • The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.


2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at veeramjewels@gmail.com or call +91-9372895360 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.


3. Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange is approved, you must return the damaged product in its original packaging.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item any damaged or defective product or replacement exchange will be processed and delivered within 1โ€“3 days.

4. Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds.


5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Exchanges will not be processed without an unboxing video.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • No exchanges will be provided for wrong size, change of mind, or any reason other than product damage.
